Well this is a bit of a curve ball: IBM just bought Hashicorp. What does this mean for the future of Infrastructure as Code? Not really sure. IBM does have its own cloud offerings albeit with a very small market share. Will that sway Hashicorp to focus more on IBM specific cloud infrastructure or will they remain agnostic focusing on all the cloud infrastructures?
Honestly I have no idea but it is worth keeping an eye on.
