Let me introduce you to the IAM Access Analyzer. It's a tool that analyses your IAM setup and looks for vulnerabilities. Obvious things like resources that are publicly accessible but also unused internal AWS users, access keys, roles etc.

Pricing: To find the resources that can be externally accessed is free. For “Unused Access” that looks like it is $0.20 per IAM User/Role per month.

IoC: Before you ask: Yes it can be initialized via Terraform and likely other IoC tools.
