Isometric Pixel Art Diagram Tool Update

For those of you following my last few videos on the new Schematical Diagramming tool I have been playing with here is a quick update:

I’ve made it so you can take your Network Map Diagram and instantly convert it into a Swim Lane Diagram. Furthermore you can create and save multiple Swimlane Flowchart Diagrams that will instantly be animated on your Network Map Diagram.

The big feature I managed to hammer out yesterday was adding a Decision Event to the Flowchart side of things. You can add multiple decisions that you can direct to different Events in the Flowchart. Then when you switch back to the Network Map mode and start clicking through the animated flow when you get to a Decision event it will prompt you to see which decision option you want to follow. Then when you select an outcome it will flow directly to the event you selected. See this YouTube Short for a visual.

What’s next?

  • Lots of UI fixes
  • Tile Layers for logical grouping of resources
  • Resource tagging for better organization
  • Allow the user to define what the File Payloads are that go from one resource to another.
  • Add Markdown Functionality
  • Allow users to link to specific resources and events in both types of diagrams.
  • Improve camera tracking on the animated presentation.

And a lot more I am sure but for today that is it.
